OK, HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO BE HAPPY! (from "How To Live Longer" of Dr. Willie T. Ong)

  • Think happy thoughts. Yong nakakatawa lang talaga. Yong tumama ka ng balik- taya sa lotto, saya mo non di ba? Noong nakatanggap ka ng big hug galing sa anak mo, asawa mo, friend mo, kahit sa naging kaaway mo. Lalo nang masaya noong makatanggap ka ng extra panggastos dahil 5 piso na lang talaga pera mo nong araw na yon. Di ba ang saya non!
  • Use your talents. According to Dr. Ong, we should find and cultivate our talents because they could bring us confidence and satisfaction. So, if you can sing, why not sing? If you can dance, dance till your legs hurt. At least, you are able to express your potentials. For us teachers, if we are meant to impart knowledge to young people, we have to be creative in teaching and become passionate in our field. Saya nong, after delivering the lesson with flying colors eh pag ask mo students mo ng, "any question class?", sagot sa yo, " none mam!" o di ibig sabihin naintindiham nila ang lesson di ba? Wag ka lang mag quizz. Saya, di ba?
  • Pamper yourself. This is my favorite strategy of being happy. Punta ka sa parlor, magpa enhance ng beauty, mag sauna and 1 hour body massage hanggang lumagotok lahat ng buto mo, sarrrrrrap. Feel mo talaga diyosa ka dahil inaalagaan ka, di ba saya?
Guys, I have to end here kasi it's getting late. I have to wake up early tomorrow because we have a whole day seminar which will start at 8:30.I have to attend said seminar kundi di ako happy dahil mapapa "explain in writing" ako. Tomorrow, part 3 ng topic natin, ok.

Everyone desires to be happy. Happiness prolong our life and an effective anti aging natural medication. Sabi nga, laughter is indeed the best medicine. All you need is to have a good laugh for 15 minutes a day. What happens when you burst into laughter? According to a doctor, the level of your stress hormones, called cortisol,decreases, and the good hormones, called endorphins, increases. Ano naman yong endorphins? These are the natural substances in the body that make you happy and boost your immune system. Superbonggacious, de bahh!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I'm 5 yrs younger nahhh. (ala kris aquino)

1st blog attempt


hi everyone,
am super excited to start blogging! at my age, i think i got tons of stories to tell, but first I'd like to tell you my choice of text color. Yah, I like green color, tho this is not my fave color but it is very cool to the eyes, don't you agree?
I named my blog "social scenes" because I would like to talk about people, places, and topics which catches my attention in my daily activities. Of course, I also would like to share my own experiences be it good, bad, moderately acceptable or tolerable. You are welcome to make comments, ask questions or even share your ideas.
Yesterday was a big day for me because finally, I had my impacted tooth extracted! My amiable doctor, Dr. Calixtro, was very patient while I asked her questions during the surgery. (Gosh, I have to talk even my mouth was wide opened to calm down my nerves, parang tumataas yata high blood ko).
Thanks to you Dr. Calixtro and Dr. Brioso. Flowers for you!
